Allow me to introduce myself… I’m Jennifer and I entered the restoration industry during the Recession in 2011 as a bookkeeper with a small business. Since then I have worked as a project manager, estimator, marketing manager, and sales executive for some of the largest restoration companies in the country.

I started this firm after working through the acquisitions happening within the industry and seeing first hand the shortcomings of these large companies. The future of the industry holds so much potential for the small and regional restoration companies when they have the right team to help them grow.
